Ultimate Travel Club is a members only travel club which enables members to book travel at trade prices – saving up to 40% compared with other major travel providers. We’re currently looking to expand our membership services team – whose role it is to support our members and help them with their travel bookings.



We are looking for an experienced Travel Agency manager to lead the travel membership services team and be responsible for the daily operations of the club.

The Membership Services Manager will work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the travel product strategy and membership engagement plans.

You and your team of membership travel advisors will be the main point of contact for our travel members from initial onboarding through to booking and providing pre and post travel support. You’ll also manage the day-to-day relationships with our travel suppliers; from securing special deals for our members to managing post booking documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent management and communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Your mindset is strategic and you will have good analytical skills, as well as being both sales and customer-driven. You know what our members want and how to best deliver for them. Your organised and structured way of working will mean you can help ensure our processes are optimised for maximum efficiency and ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.

Our travel & membership executives are the first point of call our members have with the club. These roles are responsible for making welcome calls, dealing with inbound membership and travel queries and liaising with our travel suppliers. Previous travel experience and excellent customer service is essential.
